Our Sommelier hand-picks each wine on our list since he is extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of each wine and the perfect pairings for the wine to your meal. Vito’s features some of the best wines in the world and we can pair a special wine with any budget to your dining experience.
Our bartenders are trained to provide the best in specialty cocktails and martinis. The bar at Vito Restaurant is fully stocked and our bartenders have been given almost every conceivable spirit to make any drink you desire. Our specialties include such classics as the Negroni and Manhattan, and some of our exclusive creations include a special St. Germain cocktail with Sauvignon Blanc.

- APEROL SPRITZ
So Refreshing! One of the most popular aperitif cocktails in Italy. The perfect Summer, pre-dinner drink. Prosecco, Aperol and Soda
- MANHATTAN
This Whiskey cocktail is an American creation served the same from Los Angeles to New York. Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura Bitters
- NEGRONI
A true Italian cocktail that was invented in Florence, Italy in the early 19th Century. Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari
- OLD FASHIONED
One of the earliest well documented cocktails with roots in Louisville, Kentucky as far back as 1806. Bourbon, Rye or Blended Whiskey, Simple Syrup and Angostura Bitters
- VESPER
Invented and made famous in Ian Fleming's Casino Royale, in 1953. Vesper Lynd was the name of James Bond's girlfriend. Gin, Vodka and Lillet Blanc Aperitif
- SIDE CAR
This classic Brandy drink appeared toward the end of World War I in both London and Paris Cognac, Orange Liqueur and Fresh Lemon Juice with a Sugared Rim

- SANTA MONICA COSMOPOLITAN
Our take on this classic, honors it as a Gin cocktail. Grand Marnier adds a unique taste with with fresh squeezed lime. Made with Vodka by request only.
- CHAMBORD LEMON DROP
A serious Vodka Martini even for traditionalists. Fresh lemon adds to the flavor while Chambord is used to offer a unique finishing taste. Sugar rim by request.
- ST. GERMAIN BLANC
A Vito specialty that blends St. Germain Elderberry Flower Liqueur and Sauvignon Blanc wine. A very special recipe that you need to try to believe.
