Vito Restaurant features one of the most impressive and expansive four-star wine lists in California. Our Sommelier hand-picks each wine on our list since he is extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of each wine and the perfect pairings for the wine to your meal. Vito’s features some of the best wines in the world and we can pair a special wine with any budget to your dining experience.
Our bartenders are trained to provide the best in specialty cocktails and martinis. The bar at Vito Restaurant is fully stocked and our bartenders have been given almost every conceivable spirit to make any drink you desire. Our specialties include such classics as the Negroni and Manhattan, and some of our exclusive creations include a special St. Germain cocktail with Sauvignon Blanc.
